I'm Danielle Calleja, and I started Trace Talent on one idea: the best hires come from someone who understands your business, then goes and finds the right person, rather than waiting for one to answer an ad.

After 15+ years in People & Culture, I read people for a living. My network runs deepest in banking, finance and lending, though I hire well beyond those sectors too.
